If you want to be a part of developing Hugh-Jackman.com, now’s your chance! I’ve long looked forward to opening a complete fan art archive with Hugh Jackman-related (digi)art goodies for the personal use of our visitors, and for that I need your help, my dear and talented visitor. ;) If you have any Hugh Jackman-related fan art you would be interested in donating to H-J.com, it would be much appreciated as well as a tremendous help, even if you only have one item to donate. Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Wallpapers: 800×600, 1024×768, 1200×1600… can be of any desktop size!
• Icons: 100×100 pixel JPG/GIF Hugh icons - animated icons are also very much welcome!
• Misc art: includes blends, drawings, greyscale colorizations, photo manipulations, paintings, vectors… you name it, I’m open for suggestions! :)

The only requirement is that the fan art be Hugh-related, i.e. Hugh or film/stage/tv character fan art. I think that goes without saying, though. ;) There is no limit to how much (or little) you contribute, every little helps! You will, of course, be fully credited for your work. Please send me your fan art at contact[@]hugh-jackman.com (or alternatively sandra[@]grey-wanderer.org) with “Hugh Jackman fan art” as the subject of your email, so it won’t get lost in the hoards of spam I get. Although news on Hugh have been somewhat scarce of late (after all, he hasn’t made a public appearance since February 2007!), the Australia media coverage continues. Some brand new footage of Hugh filming Baz Luhrmann’s upcoming epic Australia (2008) in Darwin, Australia with co-star Nicole Kidman has surfaced online, and I have been able to obtain 42 HQ photos of Hugh and Nicole shooting the film in Darwin. ;) Click on the below preview to see them.

Welcome back, everyone! I’ve put up a new layout - at last - because the previous one was hurting my eyes. I don’t know how long I will be keeping this one, but it’ll stay up at least throughout the ongoing revamp. I’m not crazy about it, though. I have also installed a new news script, which will once again enable visitors to comment on new entries without the need to scroll down endlessly to reach the end of a massive spam hoard.

Speaking of the revamp, it is in progress, which means some of the pages will on occasion turn up odd or mixed, because I don’t want to put the site on hiatus or do the revamp ’backstage’ - I like to see the results of my work live, as it were. Yes. The forum is down again, indefinitely for now - I might actually end up getting rid of it, but more on that at another time. The gallery will be incorporated into this design as soon as possible. Anyways, I hope you like the new look. :)
