The fact that the Guillermo del Toro helmed film adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft’s At the Mountains of Madness is becoming a reality makes us giddy beyond words. With casting in full swing offers have gone out to some interesting bits of talent.
According to IndieWire scheduling conflicts may prevent first choice Tom Cruise from starring in the film. They also report that James McAvoy (Wanted, X-Men: First Class) was offered the exact role and to date neither actor has accepted. They better hurry though because the site goes on to reveal that offers are allegedly out to Liam Neeson (Unknown, After.Life), Ron Perlman (Season of the Witch, Hellboy) and Hugh Jackman (Van Helsing, Wolverine). Again, these are just offers so take that with a grain of salt. Still interesting choices though.
The 1931 tale is deliberately told and increasingly chilling recollection of an Antarctic expedition’s uncanny discoveries and their encounter with untold menace in the ruins of a lost civilization is a milestone of macabre literature.

Please give us more pictures about his family and father’s love, thanks a lot.
We will not post any pictures of Hugh going about his daily life with his family as we feel this is an invasion of his privacy. If Hugh does any photoshoots with his family though we will be happy to post them.
Hi there.
Is there anything new about Hugh’s plan going to Japan doing the new Wolverine movie?I hope he doesn’t go to there, because the earth is not standing still there like I heared a couple of minutes ago:-(
please god not Tom Cruise! poor casting choice for war of the worlds now this. Del Toro (and casting agency) needs to go after Rufus Sewell or Gerard Butler for the lead.Either would do justice to the role and the story.
I just wanna say that Hugh Jackman is one of my top two favorite actors! Just thought I’d share that, wish I could meet him someday.
